Dave has been creating stuff for the internet since about 1998. He's spent the better part of the past decade specializing in the digital layer, connecting brands with people and vice versa. Dave leads teams that design and implement digital communication strategies and engagement plans for clients. Recently he's managed the public relations and social media campaign efforts for simultaneous global product launch phases in the marine and automotive industries. Dave was also the co-founder of the Tour de Road America, a cycling event benefiting the Lance Armstrong Foundation. He loves to ride bikes.

Bryan is an 18+ year veteran in digital, social and mobile marketing, driving strategies for hundreds of innovative programs for some of the world’s best brands. He's spent his career building agency's digital, social and mobile disciplines and has a strong track record building and growing business quickly while maintaining quality of work and delivering profitability. Bryan has an extensive background building programs at the intersection of sports, entertainment and digital for major brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Samsung, Axe, Mercedes, Nokia, Burton Snowboards, Trek Bicycles and Nike and with major entertainment brands like HBO, FX, Xfinity and SPEED. His passion for building innovative digital programs has also extended to many spirit and beer brands like MillerCoors, Absolut, Jim Beam, Canadian Club, Pucker Vodka, Angostura Bitters and Rum, helping revolutionize the way these brands engage with consumers at events and within on/off-premise accounts.

Stephanie Sansoucie leads the customer experience strategy, design research and innovation practices at Kohl's Corporation. She brings deep omnichannel expertise focusing on user experience, customer experience, e-commerce, service design, organizational transformation and digital strategy. Her recent initiatives involve customer experience, omnichannel strategy, business process transformation, team leadership and experience design. Stephanie holds an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from the College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University.
She believes that people come first and that we must understand the human connection to innovate meaningful solutions.
